1. Services & Consultation Scope

One-Off Studios provides marketplace growth, TikTok Shop setup, affiliate activation, and performance consulting for eligible DTC and Amazon brands. Initial calls are exploratory evaluations to determine commercial and operational compatibility.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Results

As outlined across our materials, marketplace sales depend on multiple variables including product economics, consumer demand, pricing, affiliate performance, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific revenue projections or outcomes.

3. Intellectual Property & Infrastructure Ownership

Any dedicated assets, shop configurations, creator relationships, content, and community infrastructure developed specifically for a client remain the property of the client as outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
